Notifications about cleaning and linen change

### Describe the feature

Would be great if we could specify the location of the room (building & floor) and get notified about upcoming cleaning and bed linen changes right in the room chat.

### Suggested solution

- Save room location alongside with other information.
- Fetch actual schedule periodically from InNoHassle events API.
