Allow Neuropixels data to be acquired without a calibration file? #94

Instead of always requiring a calibration file to be selected, is it worth allowing the user to acquire data without a calibration file (albeit with a very explicit warning that the data might be garbage)?

The reason for allowing this would be for users to very quickly and easily open the GUI, add the plugin, choose a headstage, and start looking at their data without the need for adding a calibration file.

The question then becomes, if we allow this, how do we mark in the data file if the data being saved is calibrated or not? One very hacky solution would be to add an event channel that is true if the data is calibrated. The preferred solution would be some way of saving the metadata for the channel, however I am not sure the best way to do this in the GUI.
