Footer links and the "Get Started" button are not linked to any URLs

Footer links and the "Get Started" button are not functional — they don’t link anywhere.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Scroll down to the footer.
2. Click on any of the footer link.
3. Click on the "Get Started" button

Expected Behavior:
The footer links and the button should open the respective links in a new tab.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

Suggestion:
Link those footer links and the button to actual URLs.
