Hi @croin, that issue is totally unexpected. If agent doesn't contact, the information reported in the previous report should not be removed. If you could provide the last agent's log associated to one of the agents that may have lost the information I may have a look and try to understand what would be the issue. Thanks! |

Hello, I've checked the agent on one of the computers. It doesn't seem to be that the data has been deleted, but rather something with the execution of WMI that isn't reporting some data on the server. Although I've already repaired the WMI instrumentation and even reinstalled the agent, it still shows an error in the log. I'll copy the log later. The other thing is that, for example, about 4 days ago, I manually added some of the data to the database that wasn't appearing, the serial number. It appeared for a while, but as of today, it no longer appears. So something is causing this data to be lost in the server's database. I then copy the log: openuem-agent: 2025/10/03 08:55:00 [INFO]: agent has read its settings from the INI file

Hi, thanks for the detailed log. According to thw log I think it's the same issue explained in #94 which is now closed as I've found the bug Next release will fix it, but if you want to use and test the fix now, you can download it from https://downloads.openuem.eu/testing/fix-94/openuem-agent.exe and replace the openuem-agent.exe binary located at C:/Program Files/OpenUEM Agent If you need more help or if the fix doesn't work please let me know Cheers! |

Hello, but look, what just happened to me was a computer that was already registered on the server, and I'm sure because I had generated a report of all the computers that were not reporting correctly, to update the binary that you sent me, then it happens that the computer has already been turned off (because maybe the user finished their work day) and I just saw that the operating system and serial number have disappeared from the registry :(

Don't push the binary with the fix to other agents until the mentioned computer can report again, just in case. It has been tested in lab and by a couple of users but I may have missed something. Can you have a look at the agents-worker log for possible errors and get the agent's log (empty values would mean that a query may have failed or that the worker is failing to update) so we can check which would be the case? I've noticed on several occasions that in the computer list, computers that have already been correctly reported, it can happen that when the agent doesn't contact you for some reason, the previously stored information, such as the operating system, serial number, and other important details, disappears from the records. How would it be possible to ensure that the information that has already been reported isn't lost due to lack of contact with the agent?
