"View site" Button leads nowhere

What is the purpose of this button on the top right corner?

It refers the localhost:8000 but there is nothing.

It's a Django standard button that's supposed to direct the administrator to the regular site, we haven't used it because there's no actual "start" page for the service because every municipality will have its own microsite. I think we'll remove it soon.
