rename default branch to main

I've transitioned most of the opencleveland repositories' default branch from master to main.

I cannot do it yet for this one because we use github pages to publish our website and it relies on the changes being on the master branch.

Github is working on removing this requirement but it's not yet implemented. so we have to keep it at the master branch for now.
