"Apps": manifest doesn't have app version

I just tried to find out which version of the "Unzip" app I have installed in my OpenCloud instance -- I couldn't. I naively looked into the "manifest", expecting to find that info there, but it isn't... :-(

Is this not the place to include such info?

I agree it should be reflected in the manifest. Currently, there is no convenient way to determine the current version of an app. This will be tackled via opencloud-eu/web#2503, which will include a settings page that lists all installed apps, including their versions.
