RangeType context errors

The RangeType context is intended to provide a mapping from JSON terms to URIs in a (notional?) RDF implementation of SWE Common.

However,

1. I am not aware of an RDF implementation of SWE Common - is there one somewhere?
2. There appear to be a few errors in the terms

• "DataRecordType": "swe:DataRecordType" should be "DataRecord": "swe:DataRecord"

• "QuantityType": "swe:QuantityType" should be "Quantity": "swe:Quantity"

• there is no swe:names in SWE Common

  Perhaps this is due to the SWE Common update?

I am now finding some tags in the 'JSON encoding' section of SWE Common, that do not appear in the UML models ...
