ISO/IEC 23220 has not been mentioned in this document at all, but its name is appearing as a title of the section 5.3.1. ISO Mobile Documents or mdocs (ISO/IEC 18013 and ISO/IEC 23220 series).
Unless having ISO/IEC 23220 in the 13. Informative References, it may be better to remove "ISO/IEC 23220" from the section title.
