- Remove unused Role import from location/tests/test.py - Remove unused role creation imports from location/tests/test_graphql.py - Fix variable name from 'l.id' to 'loc.id' in test assertion for clarity - Reformat replaces tuple in migration 0005 for readability - Add blank line in migration 0019 for consistency
- Add `create_test_basic_health_facility_legal_form()` to generate default legal forms for testing (Charity, District organization, Private organization, Government) - Add `create_test_basic_health_facility_sub_level()` to generate default sub-levels for testing (Dispensary, Hospital, Health Centre) - These functions simplify test setup by providing standard test data without manual creation
