"It would be great if I could get a report that shows the average time to first decision for all articles, including the articles we reject. For those articles that receive a resubmission request as their first decision, it would also be good to know the average time from first decision to the final decision on the paper."

BRF: We want a report that can show you all the decision dates for a paper. This can then be exported as a CSV and editors can calculate the decision time that they have a need for.
