Known Issue: Future Nepali Date Accuracy #121
Description
Future Bikram Sambat (BS) dates may be inaccurate. Nepali calendar dates are not officially published far in advance. Generally, a year’s calendar becomes available only a few months before the new year.
This library uses Nepali Patro as the source, which may contain provisional or incorrect future dates. Additionally, no public algorithm exists to accurately calculate future BS dates.
As a result, dates generated for future years may change in later versions of the library.
Note: Calendar data updates are released as patch versions, so users relying on future dates should expect possible corrections.
