Can "Style Manager" Open in a New WINDOW (not TAB)?

I looked for an option but didn't understand them all. I like to have the style manager in a separate window so I can see the changes instantly etc.

There's no such option. As a one-time workaround you can simply drag the tab out of the browser window and it'll become a new window.

Thanks but what you suggested is not a workaround as it needs to be done every time (even if I leave it open until the universe ends). I'll have to suggest this (raised: #2019).
