Fix SFS-Turbo endpoint

Drop endpoint override for sfsturbo (#268)

Drop endpoint override for sfsturbo

Now that the sfsturbo endpoint is fixed in the service catalog our
override is hurting more then it helps causing doubling of the
/v1/project_id in the path. Drop the override and rely purely on
whatever service catalog gives us back.
