enhancement: added environmental values

Nice plugin, thanks for creating it.

I was thinking of a couple values that might work well for displaying tide data in apps like Kip.

Maybe also calculate:
environment.tide.state (rising / falling) ?
environment.tide.timeUntilSlack (seconds until next slack / or datetime)

App display looks great, only comment (if I may) it might be nice to reduce the size / vertical spacing of the tide stations and lat/lon info (or scale as a percentage of the window) which would allow the tides to be embedded on a Kip page w/o using so much vertical real estate.

Also, a likely issue with Kip not being able to process units value RFC 3339 (UTC). Odd as values like self.navigation.datetime data is the same format but no meta value set for units.

+1 on Kip not being able to process units value RFC 3339 (UTC). The Instrument panel doesn't process the units value RFC 3339 (UTC) either. Any change of using a time-zone dependant time?

Nice job by the way, it's very useful.

EDIT: actually I think if you drop the units formating it may just work. Sunrise/Sunset is also in UTC but no units value is being passed. Note the blank units on these paths which work fine. But the defined units do not.

Sure, I'm not opposed to adding those. It's going to require a little refactoring thought to update the values more frequently. Pull requests are welcome if you want to take a stab at it.

I'm embarrassed to say this, but I don't use KIP and can't figure out how to embed an app. I wanted to try this to see what it looked like before working on a fix.

Hmm, there's nothing in this plugin that is setting the metadata to RFC 3339 (UTC). That's coming from the schema (specifically keyswithmetadata.json in @signalk/signalk-schema). It might be a bug in KIP that needs reported.

The spacing I was referencing isn't specific to kip, it shows up on any browser windows that is small (eg. an embedded iframe on Kip) though it does look ok on a phone. Here's an example but easy to see by sizing down your desktop browser.

re: RFC 3339 I'll mention this to the Kip developer, maybe it needs to be adjusted there. Thx.

@bkeepers Shame you don't use KIP - It's an amazing plug-in and transcends SignalK in to a touch screen app. It may be a KIP issue, but as you can see the sunrise/sunset times are displayed without an issue.

Opened #77 for this — adds environment.tide.state (rising/falling) plus environment.tide.timeToNextExtreme. I renamed the latter from timeUntilSlack since tide-height extremes can't honestly tell you slack current timing — reasoning's in the PR. @davidsanner curious whether that covers what you had in mind for the KIP widget.
