It looks like this may be due to a configuration issue with your server. Based on the error it looks like you visited a page starting with https://webwork3.as.uky.edu/, but WeBWorK is configured to serve resources from https://webwork.as.uky.edu/. Since the domain name for the javascript file doesn't match that of the original request it is being blocked for security reasons.

I suspect that if you remove the "3" (i.e. change webwork3.as.uky.edu to webwork.as.uky.edu) in the url of the page you are visiting the image will load properly.
