OpenZFS 2.3 released

Current OpenZFS 2.2.6 rc11 is based on OpenZFS 2.2.6 Master, propably with bugs and beta code for Raid-Z expansion and Fast Dedup.
Can next version be based on an OpenZFS 2.3 stable release together with Direct IO?

As OpenZFS on OSX is now a release edition (not a release candidate) let's hope for same on Windows in near future.

This is exact the point.
A beta like the Windows or OSX release candidates can be based on a beta like OpenZFS master. A release should be based on a as stable declared OpenZFS similar to Linux distributions. They also do not use master but a "quite" stable release 2.2.x or 2.3.x.

damn - too late - missed the release yesterday - just updated - and found this =D
but ok - otherwise I may have "wasted" it as issue or PR - a discussion fits better
