openzfs clean installation settings registry reset

Hi.
Is there any way to make a super clean (re-) installation? I mean, with all registry entry&settings&files&drivers&etc clean up?
Why?
Some last versions caused BSOD by installation or trying to uninstall them and rolling back may cause chaos.
On other side, i am not sure my settings are ok or corrupt, with low "zvol - windows" RW speed (inside pool scrub read-speed is super, was 83% full, but under 80% all is the same), but i can not have more then 24 mb/s on a windows disc.
Zvol use Non-Paged Pool memory up to some GBs. (win10)
Or cache settings are corrupt.

When you uninstall OpenZFS it wipes out the Registry entirely (I believe), I am actually thinking about the opposite, so you can keep your tweaks somehow.

We are still working on 2.4.1, it is still a bit rough, nearly 800 commits.
