Show and tell: Cloudflare Workers + Containers deployment wrapper for Serena MCP

Hi Serena team and community,

I just open-sourced a Cloudflare deployment wrapper for Serena MCP and wanted to share it here in case it is useful to others running Serena remotely.

What it does:

• Deploys Serena MCP behind Cloudflare Workers + Containers
• Adds Bearer token auth at the Worker layer (constant-time comparison)
• Supports multi-terminal isolation by routing different tokens to different container instances
• Uses local SERENA_HOME plus optional R2 snapshot sync (restore on startup + periodic snapshots)
• Includes rollout/operations notes for Cloudflare Containers

A few notes from implementation and testing:

• It is a deployment wrapper, not a fork of Serena core runtime behavior
• I documented MCP transport compatibility issues I hit in this environment (including notifications/initialized handling)
• I also documented practical tradeoffs around Cloudflare Containers rollouts and state persistence

If this is useful, I would love feedback on:

• whether this should be linked from Serena docs as a community deployment example
• any Serena-specific caveats I should document more clearly
• better operational defaults for multi-user or multi-terminal setups
