When I run the command ./gradlew.bat migrateMappings --mappings "net.minecraft:mappings:1.21.11" to migrate to mojang mappings it givesme the message that Cannot run program ".\gradlew.bat" (in directory "C:*** ****\custom-weapons"): CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified
