• Role: Provides strategic direction, shared resources (branding, legal, etc.), and foundational support.
• Focus: Enabling studios to thrive without micromanagement.

Branch Nodes: Studios

• Autonomy: Each studio operates independently, led by its founder(s), who define its vision, team, and workflows.
• Collaboration: Studios can share knowledge, tools, and resources while maintaining their unique focus.

• Studios contribute 15% of profits to OHAO for organizational costs (e.g., infrastructure, legal).
• The remaining 85% stays with the studio for reinvestment or team rewards.
