Login Failed

I have deployed the application, I am being able to login as admin and I have created the project and task. But when I am trying to login as a user by downloading the client application for windows from https://cattr.app/desktop/ I am facing Login Failed error with a prompt 'Unknown error occured''. Can any on pleasr help me?

Make sure your API is reachable.
Try opening https://yourdomain.com/api/health in your browser : you should see { "status": "ok" }.
If not, your API path or reverse proxy might not be set up correctly.

Use the correct server URL in the desktop app.
When logging in, the server field should just be https://yourdomain.com — don’t add /api or a trailing slash.

Check SSL.
The desktop client needs a valid HTTPS certificate. If you’re using a self-signed cert, it might cause this error.

Verify your environment variables.
In your backend config or docker-compose.yml, make sure these match your domain
