Roadmap input: what should 1.6 prioritize?

1.5.0 just shipped (safe actor deletion, SSRF hardening, coverage floors in CI). Before I lock in what 1.6 focuses on, I want input from people actually running this.

The candidates I'm weighing, in no particular order:

• Railway / Render one-click deploys — the scaffolding exists but isn't verified
• Better first-run experience — clearer errors when env config is wrong, guided setup
• [your thing here]

Ground rules so this stays useful:

• The roadmap's non-goals still apply — this is and stays a self-hosted platform.
• "I need X because Y happened to me" beats "it would be cool if X". Real friction wins.

What's the one thing that would make the biggest difference to your deployment?

Two of the bigger candidates from this thread's general direction now have their own RFCs — if either matters to your deployment, weigh in there:

Both are on the roadmap as Proposed — RFC open: no version commitment until those discussions converge, so this thread still decides what 1.6 itself prioritizes.
