Recording limit

Hi there, I'm the founder of theirstory.io -- an oral history platform, which includes remote interviewing. We're currently using dolby.io to power our video calls. I didn't see it in the documentation, but is there a limit to the duration of the recording that can take place over Dolby.io? E.g. if a user wanted to record a 3 hour interview, would they run into an issue where Dolby.io might automatically stop the recording after, say, 2 hours? I know this has been a limitation of some other CPaaS platforms. Thank you!

There are physical limits that come from connected storage devices on servers that can impact duration, but often the limits are more a function of your pricing to determine what upper limit you'd want to impose on the duration of a recording. There are several pricing factors such as whether this was a real-time stream (pricing based on GB and how long the recording is preserved), whether you are including both audio and video, how many incoming media streams there are in the session, how long you keep the recording, etc.
