HI I want to know that how this EdgeX will help in my requirements

1. I need to get the Product barcode data from the industry and feed it to the PC or SBC
2. After that I need to store the data in to the DB and pass it to the UI for query the details
   so in here what is my plan is using Node-Red, influxDB (docker), mender is optional.

What is the OT protocol you plan to use to read the bardcode data?

I think you need a barcode reader to read it, and using EdgeX Foundry to transfer the data to a IoT hub or platform so that can store the data to the DB.

barcode -> reader -> EdgeX device sdk(the protocol you must be specified) -> EdegX core -> EdgeX app sdk(using mqtt or http protocol) -> Iot hub/platform -> DB -> UI(query, visualization)
