BT HRV app not working + accessibility question #7878

Welcome to the forums! :D I gave it a try with my Polar H10 chest strap and it works for me. With BT HRM I suspect you may not have visited its settings page to pair your bluetooth HRM device? Once that is set up the BT HRV app should start working. For clock faces I'd suggest taking a look at these:
What would be an ideal clock face for your use case? Time and heart rate displayed on half screen each for good legibility of both? Cheers! |

Really, you can search for any clock that includes a ClockInfo, which allows data to be placed on the clock and changed at will. Lato clock also has a large clock Info, and if it's important for you to read it clearly, you can also try creating your own, and adding a ClockInfo. Hope this helps :) |

Hello all. It's been a really really long time since I posted on a forum (how delightful to be back) so I apologize if this is in the wrong place or has a simple answer that I missed when looking through the wiki and these forums. I promise I did look first. I have two separate problems but they're kind of connected because they both relate to disabilities I have. I have a bangle.js 2 and I'm having a few problems with it.
Because I have issues with chronic fatigue, I downloaded the BT HRV app that requires the BT HRM app to work. I am consistently having the problem that it says the BT HRM app is missing. The first time I downloaded them, I think I downloaded the BT HRV app first. I have since tried deleting and re-downloading the BT HRM app first and BT HRV app second but had the same problem. I tried restarting the watch after downloading in that order and it also did not help. I am not the most tech savvy, I have the average millennial's knowledge of computers. I know how to organize and find my files and how to find and download and use software and I can follow a guide but I don't know how to code or in depth troubleshooting without a guide.
My second issue is actually just a question. One of my health issues requires monitoring my heart rate, and a neurological issue I have affects my vision. Therefore, I would like to know which clock face that puts heart rate on the front of the watch has the largest font for the heart rate numbers. I am currently using circles clock which is okay except sometimes if my vision is worse than usual I can't read the heart rate number at all. I would really rather not have to try every single clock face if I can avoid it but if I don't get an answer here that's what I'm going to have to do.
Thank you in advance for the help. I've been laughing about all the little idiosyncracies with the bangle.js 2. My technology has personality again! How wonderful! And there's forums! How nice! But I would like to solve these two problems, though the second one about heart rate being visible when my vision is bad is more important to me than the BT HRV thing because I can live without that. But I do kind of need to be able to see my heart rate at a glance to make sure I don't unexpectedly faint somewhere.
