Help setting it back up

Hi, Mainsail was already set up for the printer I am using when I got to it, but all of a sudden it stopped working yesterday. The UI stopped responding to my input and when I reloaded the site the printer was removed from my printer connections. As seen in the image I have tried to re-add the printers via IP, but they won't connect. I already tried turning the printer on and off and restarting my lap top used for remote access.

first of all, 192.168.x.y is a local ip address. so nobody can do anything without outside of your local network.

try to open the moonraker URL (if you would not hide your ip address, we could send you the link for that), to check if moonraker is available. can you connect via SSH?

I'd rather not share the IP since it is a company printer, but if it is necessary for you to help me 192.168.42.118. Is it possible to not do this using SSH? I'm looking through the files of the guy who set this up, I'm not seeing a SSH client, and the windows version isn't enabled.

It doesnt matter if this a printer in a company, or your home printer. This IP-address is only available in your local network (so inside of your company).

which URL do you use to open Mainsail? why do you use multi instance mode?

what happens, if you open http://192.168.42.118:7125?

I think, that the IP is wrong, or used from another software. When you don't see anything on the display, it could be possible, that just Klipper doesnt start.

How would I go about figuring out my IP if I can't use the printer to get it?

ask your network/it admin or use an ip scanner

I managed to find my way to my pc's command line and learned that my IP address has changed. Mainsail works again, thank you for your help
