Mayastor volume and application pod colocating on same host

Hi,

Is is possible to make sure the mayastor volume and application pod are located on the same host?
having both on the same host would speed up disk io?
now using nvme drive and 25G lan, speed is bottlenecked by network.

Hi,

Other than creating the volume, checking where the replica is and create the pod there, no.
There's an OEP for this: #3811
