Focus:

• Onboarding and reviewing others on to the privacy metrics project. Most contributors have an area of focus and tickets assigned.
• Decided to test the txindexer against mainnet blocks. had to support multi blk file indexing (and corresponding test harness) and xor de-obfuscation. But now we know the indexing works in prod and we can start optimizing both the pipeline and index build (both of which have tickets)
• Got pair programming review on the cospend creation PR. Readjusting plan: based on diccussion here Creating and Accepting Payjoin Proposals btsim#13. Refactor is underway and going well.
• Spent sometime removing old code from the sim that was impeeding progress on multiparty / cost function work. Mainly 2-p payjoins. Justification is provided in the PR above.

Blockers:

• taxes continuing to be a pain
• The Expo + bitdevs is this week. Towards the end of the week (friday primarly) I will be busy

• Testnet3 RPC is pruned, takes a whole day to set up on VPS w/ exposed/internal RPC? JUST download sync snapshot - provide instructions to run. 16GB? Public link if one does not already exist.
• The BBMobile exchange uses testnet3 for testing, so asking them to switch is tough
• Or could Payjoin CLI use esplora? Maybe if it used BDK-CLI w/ no node for testnet. Print an address and fund a receiver before receiving setup is weird.
• What does planned test infra look like for the next 5 integrations? For Bull Bitcoin?

payjoindevkit.org is in a weird dormant but not archived state. payjoin.org now has all of the posts, I think? And it definitely makes social cards on the fly now.
