Implement start first acquisition and reconstruction

In step 5, when user clicks Start first acquisition/reconstruction:

• update the table with the number of entries specified by the evaluation frequency field

This will require listing all the folders just before launching the job and any new folder showing up with title in his file name will be one of the data set requested.

this table will list the 3 first angles and then maybe in another table the projections = nbr tof ranges found in the proj folder
