want chrony logs in support bundles

Chrony logs under /var/log/chrony aren't rotated/archived at this time (#4728) and they don't get included in bundles. They are useful for time sync debugging so perhaps we should add them like how we do it for cockroachdb.

Yes there is #8530 that needs to be put back. Let me push a change to the PR to address your feedback and we can work on getting that in.
