Im doing some research, and stumbled upon your code.
I have a 2004 & 2005 Ford, so no message center, just a dumb radio. I'd like to configure two AUX inputs on my radio. (I have the factory DVD player, it has RCA inputs on the front panel and both DVD & RCA inputs are unique "inputs".
It looks like message header 0x3e8 is the magic packet I would need.
Can you suggest a howto or primer I could reference to get this functionality for my arduino?
