Peersky is overriding other browser's shortcuts

With peersky open, shortcuts in other browsers stop working

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open peersky
2. In another open browser use a short cut like ctrl+L or ctrl+W or ctrl+R
3. none of the shortcuts work, even if peersky is minimized

Expected Behavior

Peersky not to interfere with chrome/brave/any other browser's shortcuts

Actual Behavior

Common shortcuts fail to work in other browsers while peersky is open.
Closing peersky fixes the issue.

@Dialga Thanks for opening the issue! I did not experience this on mac; I tested the latest version on main, also no issue on this active tabs PR #48

Will have to test it on linux.

I found the fix, we were registering global shortcuts, instead we should use OS-native focus aware menu accelerators.
PR fixing this here

The new beta has not been released yet, but feel free to test locally on the latest commit on the main branch.
