Euphonic: Interfaces

Euphonic already supports CASTEP and Phonopy but supporting reading from more codes would allow Euphonic to be useful to a wider audience. Tasks:

• Other interfaces?
• Quantum Espresso (may be able to get extra effort as a result of ASE interface)?
