Missing support for iOS 10's "mutable_content"

The module doesn't yet have support for the new mutable-content flag in iOS 10 for Notification Service Extension.

Edit: a param called ios_attachments also needs to be added here

Any updates on this?

I'm adding "... 'mutable-content': 1 ..." to my data, but when received on the client, "mutable-content" is in the additionalData and not in the "aps"
