Migrate off of deprecated caffe

caffe appears to be unmaintained, and this dependency is preventing pachi from getting packaged in Debian. See:

I am not sure how these deep learning frameworks work, so I'm not sure how big of a task it would be to migrate to pytorch / tensorflow.

Thanks for the heads up, a Debian Pachi package would be great.
Removing caffe dependency is on the todo list for next version, works great but too much of a pain to build / package nowadays.
Pachi will only depend on openblas when this is done, so should be fine for Debian.
