Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Last semester, students would forget to apply the late token before the deadline, so they would ask instructors to manually apply them after the deadline. It became more work for instructors to do this, and TAs didn't take advantage of being able to grade earlier for students who finished on time. It would be easier if students could apply late tokens after the deadline instead.
Describe the solution you'd like
In the Assignment creation wizard, next to the number of late tokens allowed, add a checkbox for "Require students to apply late tokens before the original due date." If that box is not checked, then, when a student submits the assignment late, if they have late tokens remaining, it automatically applies one and accepts the submission. If the student has no late tokens remaining, then it doesn't accept the submission, and instead notifies the student that they don't have enough late tokens to submit.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We are making the due date Thursdays in Pawtograder (even though the "official" due date is Wednesday) and not allowing any late tokens. The "official" Wednesday due date will still be listed on the repo README and Canvas.
