Ref laser shutdown bit doesn't work

Laser stays on when you send the suppress signal

Everything appears to be implemented correctly... fixing this will be deferred until I get my hands on the manual again, which is sitting in my desk. I cannot locate a copy online that has the specifications on the shutdown signal, just a document that confirms that such an input exists.

This is low priority since you can adequately shut down the laser with just the analog input. I may change my mind and later revisit this to remove the suppress signal altogether.
