Add conda-smithy linter to ci checks?

[Conda-smithy](https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-smithy/tree/main) has a conda [linter ](https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-smithy/blob/main/conda_smithy/lint_recipe.py)that the feedstocks use automatically, and we could potentially add it here.
