Main improvements

• ConI class added type checks to many methods, to avoid long debug sessions. e.g. Avoid sending ods.DataMatrix instead of ods.DataMatrices
• requests allow_redirects in http calls is now disabled by default in ConI constructor parameter to avoid doing unplanned server calls. e.g. http/https issues behind proxy server.
• In ConI.query_data method the two parameters enum_as_string and date_as_timestamp are now directly named and documentated in the function call to increase visibility and allow auto complete.
• $null and $notnull in JaQueL query condition is fixed.
• LICENSE file fixed
