This is a useless image unless you are a maintainer of the pegi3s BDIP project. It produces the dio.obo ontology file (only the operations sub-ontology is considered) starting with an EDAM.owl file (see the EDAM project at https://github.com/edamontology/edamontology).
This image can be invoked using:
docker run -v /your/data/dir:/data pegi3s/ontology-maker
The EDAM.owl file with the full EDAM ontology, as well as a file named "operations_to_exclude" (if wanting to exclude some operations) should be present in /data (see "test_data" folder)
Once a dio.obo file has been generated, if a name of a software application is provided as an argument, it will give the classification of that tool according to biotools (https://bio.tools/), for instance
docker run -v /your/data/dir:/data pegi3s/ontology-maker muscle
