Upgrade annotation model to W3C Web Annotation Model #62
Description
The W3C Web Annotation model was made an official recommendation during the course of the initial development on Digital Milliet. This is an evolution of the Open Annotation model.
At some point all annotations created by the Digital Milliet app should be converted to the newer W3C Annotation Model.
