Expand and collapse subtrees #21

Taken from alpheios-project/arethusa#824 and alpheios-project/arethusa#825
Allow subtrees to be collapsed and expanded. To start, only allow expanding and collapsing subtrees. In the future, we may want to think about expanding subtrees of collapsed nodes.
