Redesign REST API #55
Description
Currently the API is not consistent. Improve the exposed APIs. Redesign the bad ones.
Redesign the FilterController, so that no filter serialization is needed. Serialize the filter with URL parameters. This will make it possible to share c3po links.
Make the long-running tasks to return a job identifier and force the client to poll it.
