[FEATURE] Trigger Mode on Oscilloscopes

For simulations performed at higher speeds, it would be very useful if oscilloscopes could also be configured in a trigger mode, since in roll mode it becomes impossible to see the signals above a certain speed. It would also be helpful to ensure that measurements such as maximum, minimum, average, etc., would be updated to the current value without being affected by previous signals while they are moving across the screen.
