In there, ServiceActivationDate mentions 2026-08-03T12:59:36.913+02:00, which in UTC should be 10:59:36.913, so this entry should not have been ignored. I got the following error message: "failed to select endpoint from ServiceMetadata".
Interestingly on peppol.helger.com, the validity is marked as okay, I assume the server time for this service is CEST.
According to my ticket 21599 with the Peppol Service Desk, the timestamp + timezone should not be ignored.
