Phoenix Code's newest version freezing

So, as the title says, I'm running into some issues with the 4.0.3 version of this. While using the previous version seems fine, it seems that every couple minutes or so the software freezes for a good 40 seconds or so and ram usage skyrockets, independent of open projects.

I was wondering if anyone has a solution for this other than sticking to the previous version? Any suggestions would be nice, thanks.
Sorry if this has already been posted, haven't seen anyone else comment on this so I figure it's something new.

Hi @TBNEO Thanks for reporting the issue. We have had 2 reports of this issue before. Tracked in #2160 (comment)

So far we have not be able to reproduce it. Can you answer a few questions to help with reproing the issue.

1. Which os is this.
2. Does this happen in the default project.
3. Does it happen in git project only? Do you have git installed in your system.
4. Would you be able to post a screen recording.

Can you check how much cpu and ram is used by phcode when it gets stuck in task manager?

here's a screenshot of the current view in task manager, memory usage seems to increase over time as well

Can you close live preview and see if issues still happens. Select live preview setting and disable live preview on startup. Restart.

Well, that didn't fix anything, but it seems closing the git panel stopped the issue! No clue what the cause could be, but that did the trick
