Using Makefiles on Windows

Has anyone succesfully used the Makefiles for Goodluck on Windows? So far everything I have tried has failed.
For instance, if I go to the play directory and run 'make -C play' I get the error:
make: *** play: No such file or directory. Stop.

I am pretty sure Goodluck was developed on Linux and sometimes the make commands do not translate well, so was curious if any WIndows users have any ideas I could try out.
Note, I have been using WSL terminal in VSCode on WIndows 10

I was eventually able to get the 'play' makefile working by changing it to:
make -C 'c:/theexactdirectorystructure'
While that did error out it did point to what other things I needed to have installed, like esbuild, and once those were installed, it worked

but I am still running in to trouble running the Makefiles for texture and meshes. I always error out with:
make: Entering directory 'directory structure'
make: Nothing to be done for 'all'.
make: Leaving directory 'directory structure'
Any ideas from anyone else would be appreciated. I realize this is probably a Windows issue, but for the life of me, I haven't been able to sort yet

So while I was unable to figure out the Makefile issue on Windows yet (I'm sure a smarter person will) I did at least figure out how to get the 'gltf2mesh.cjs' file to work so I was able to export out my own GLTF files to use in Goodluck
Using Powershell on Windows 10 I used the following code, run in the 'meshes' directory:
cat c:\projects\goodluck2\assets\turret.gltf | node gltf2mesh.cjs turret | Out-File "turret.ts" -Encoding utf8

the 'cat' leads to the exact file with the named gltf file
the 'turret' is what I want it to be call inside the new .ts file. the gltf2mesh appends 'mesh-' to the start so it ends up being called 'mesh-turret' in this case
'turret.ts' is the new file created in the meshes directory
the 'Out-File' and '-Encoding utf8' is because Powershell default saves out a utf16 file, which is around twice the size of a utf8 and the utf16 errors out when starting the server for Goodluck

Hope that helps out other Windows users trying to use Goodluck. Like I said, I am sure there is a smarter way, but it was what I was able to get working

*also, when exporting your GLTF's from Blender, you may need to look up the glTF 2.0 format in your preferences and check the "Allow glTF Embedded format" to properly export a GLTF in the format Goodluck requires
