Blank screen on Windows - Guide for Windows

Im having excatly the same issue running Windows 8.1, I installed using normal Git clone https://github.com/pilwon/ultimate-seed.git ultimate-seed and installed after fixing the CP issue in the Postinstall script and replacing bcrypt with bcrypt-nodejs. Im running Redis on a hosted service.

The server starts serving on port 3000 with nice 200 status - but it have not finised the building the home page and it remains blank.

Looking in the browser console i see that it cant load livereload.js from localhost:35729?

Anyone have any ideas? Anyone with a guide for making it run on Windows?

I'd be interested with some help with this too. I have reached a similar point albeit with bcrypt compiling correctly after install openssh for windows. Running on Windows 7 and installed using yo ultimate.

The main symptom I can see is that main.js and monderizr.js are not being served correctly - the index page seems to be being delivered instead
