tags/keymaps per monitor?

It isn't quite clear to me if pinnacle has tags per monitor, like awesomewm, or are the tags global over all the windows?
I mean that I have e.g. tag 0-9 on one monitor and an independent set of tags 0-9 on a second monitor, so depending on which monitor the focus is, a specific keymap for switching to a specific tag works for that monitor and the same keymap will switch tags on another monitor if the focus is that other monitor?

Tags are per monitor.

Yes. The default tag keybinds target tags on the focused monitor.
